Growing up I spent many hours outdoors. It was a natural place for me to spend
much of my time, and I felt at home sitting in a grove of trees or by a river.
I have been able to feel and hear the spirit of nature since childhood.
My earliest memories are of being in nature and
it has always been a natural place for me to find peace and healing.
To me, nature is always speaking to you. We just need to listen.
You can hear the call of the crow as the sun rises,
hear the whisper of the wind in the breeze as it speaks to you.
Hear the voice of the brook as it caresses the rock.
Hear the voice of the tree in the soft rustle of it's leaves or
in the piece of fallen wood, as it still holds wisdom.
When I found the practice of shamanism in 2013 and started an apprentice program,
it was a natural process to incorporate it into my daily life.
It allowed me to go deeper into my connection with the earth and
her nature beings. Through journey work I was able to see and embrace my darkness,
those pieces of myself that were causing me to be separate from
my authentic self, and within these pieces I found my greatest gifts.
This work has allowed me to find balance and peace,
Shamanism for me is more than a practice, it is a way of life.
I completed the 2 year
Shamanic Apprentice Program in 2015 under
Shamanic Practitioner Fran Weir,
Since that time I have continued my studies with various teachers
to deepen and expand my knowledge and practice.
In June 2020 I graduated from The Four Winds Society Light Body School and have completed
the 300 hour core curriculum in Shamanic Energy Medicine.
I am trained in Shamanic Healing Techniques and First & Second Degree Reiki.
I am a member of the Society of Shamanic Practitioners.
I am an Energy & Shamanic Practitioner and Teacher.
I incorporate all I have learned in my personal
life and my studies into teaching and energy work.
My goal is to assist my clients in finding peace,
deep healing and personal growth.
I offer Shamanic Energy Work, Soul Retrieval, Shamanic Journeying,
Grief and Trauma work through Shamanic Journeying
and Classes in Shamanic Studies
